I was sceptical about undertaking NLP as I did not clearly understand it and how it would help me. I am a worrier and occasionally get anxious. I decided that I needed to address this and do something about it. I was surprised at how effective it has been in helping me, the visualisation techniques really worked for me and learning to think differently has helped me a great deal. It is going to take time and practice to change my habitual thinking and use these new skills, but I now feel more confident in myself, I am becoming more assertive, my anxiety has reduced and my sleeping has improved.
